Krishna Gupta, I have over 8 years of focused experience in the UPSC field, spanning evaluation, content development, and classroom mentoring. I began as an answer-sheet evaluator, closely studying how toppers write, what examiners reward, and where most aspirants lose marks, which trained me to focus sharply on exam-oriented writing and presentation.
I have worked as a content developer and later Content Head for Geography Optional and GS at renowned institutes across Delhi, Nagpur, Bangalore, Chandigarh and Itanagar, giving me pan-India exposure to diverse student backgrounds and learning styles. As a faculty member, I have mentored thousands of aspirants with a clear, structured teaching style that connects concepts directly to answer-writing frameworks.
A key innovation I’ve introduced is the Live Evaluation and Mentorship Program, where aspirants receive real-time assessment and feedback on their answers, exactly like an examiner. Students see their copies analysed line by line, understand what works or fails in intros, structure, maps, and case studies, and quickly correct those habits in subsequent tests, significantly elevating their mains readiness.
Now, as founder of CivilPrep, I am bringing together my experience as evaluator, content architect, and teacher to make Civil Services preparation more innovative, disciplined, and success-oriented, with a clear vision to transform potential into real possibilities for future IAS, IPS and other civil servants.
